The main principle in everything we do is that our approach is tailored to meet each organisation’s specific needs. When you choose to use Inspiring Solutions, we will deliver bespoke services to you based on the following options:

Option 1

A complete consultancy service for organisations that don’t currently analyse the training needs of their leaders. Inspiring Solutions will:

  • Arrange an initial consultation to learn your organisation’s vision, strategy and business plan and the role leaders are expected to play in order to implement the plan successfully
  • Use existing leadership and management competency frameworks to produce a Training Needs Analysis questionnaire

Or

  • Create a bespoke leadership and management competency framework that aligns with your organisation's business plan.
  • Produce a Training Needs Analysis questionnaire
  • Collect data against knowledge and skill areas using questionnaire and 1-2-1 meetings with managers and their line managers
  • Analyse data and make recommendations for action
  • Design and deliver a bespoke leadership development programme
  • Provide on-going evaluation of learning and application in the workplace

Option 2

This service is for organisations that have identified the training needs of their leaders but don’t have a plan for action to address the outcomes. We will:

  • Schedule an initial consultation to understand your organisation’s vision, strategy and business plan and the role leaders are expected to play in order to implement the plan successfully
  • Analyse data and make recommendations for action
  • Design and deliver a bespoke leadership development programme
  • Provide on-going evaluation of learning and application in the workplace

Option 3

This service is for organisations that have recognised their leaders will benefit from 1-2-1 support that focuses on their individual needs. Inspiring Solutions will:

  • Arrange an initial consultation to understand your organisation’s vision, strategy and business plan and the role leaders are expected to play in order to implement the plan successfully
  • Create a 360-degree feedback questionnaire to identify current needs
  • Deliver individual feedback and goal setting sessions
  • Provide a programme of 1-2-1 coaching for leaders to focus on agreed goals
